Important Things One Learns in Life

During the precious transition in every person's life between childhood and adulthood, we all learn that certain things never change, no matter how hard we hope that they will...

For example, previews. Every time a new movie comes out into theaters, the previews for it are always immensely epic, thus getting you extremely super-excited, making you feel as though you MUST see this awesome movie or else you will die.

 

However, the movie itself always turns out to be rather disappointing. This is because your expectations were far too high. This lesson of life is: Always expect the worse.

Another lesson one learns in life is that curiosity is always more exciting than the truth. Like Christmas presents, if you will. You know how on Christmas morning, you rush downstairs to find these gloriously colorful boxes that you're sure are filled with excitement and happiness for years to come. And as you begin to open those delightfully decorated cubes of euphoria, you are once again cruelly reminded of how horrible life can truly be.

And finally, life's biggest disappointment...
